started with a question. There were 20 years of
experience in international freight forwarding. 20 years
of making contacts and friends all around the world. And
the question why work so many hours for the benefit of
other people. Thoughts that led automatically to the establishment of our own company in 1992. Our first investments? An Atari 1040 STF , a printer, a fax machine and many hours to work out good products, to prepare reasonable dispatch programs and to keep up the contacts. The first shipment? A Truck-Air-Shipment with 416 cartons of textiles ex Turkey (thank you Mahir) into the USA. The customs seal of the Turkish truck is still around - contrary to the Atari. Via ASGA, Rodenbach, to an active partnership in CTL Spedition GmbH, Wiesbaden, to Carpet Transport Logistik, Rodenbach. All our activities were consolidated under the roof of HEROSA, Hess Rodenbach Service Agency after the share in the CTL Spedition GmbH was sold in 1997. |
